Thank you for shopping with Different Wardrobe Apparel. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
## PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
During high-volume drops, restocks, or launches, processing times may increase.
Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.
## SHIPPING OPTIONS
### STANDARD SHIPPING — $30
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after shipment.
### OVERNIGHT SHIPPING — $100
Next business day delivery after shipment processing is completed.
Please note: Overnight shipping speeds up delivery time AFTER the order is processed. It does not skip processing times unless specifically stated.
## PREORDERS
Preorder items require additional production time before shipment. Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be listed on the product page.
By purchasing preorder items, customers acknowledge and agree to the wait time associated with production.
## SHIPPING DELAYS
Different Wardrobe Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
## ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
## LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Different Wardrobe Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
