Welcome to Different Wardrobe Apparel. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

 1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Different Wardrobe Apparel reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to all terms listed below.

 2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time without notice.

Due to lighting, editing, and screen settings, product colors may appear slightly different in person.

 3. PREORDERS
Preorder items are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary due to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high order volume.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to wait the stated processing time.

 4. SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order has shipped, Different Wardrobe Apparel is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

5. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the limited nature of our products and made-to-order items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

6. REFUSED REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims will be disputed with proof of purchase, tracking information, and communication records.

Customers who abuse refund systems or harass staff may be permanently banned from future purchases.

7. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
We understand delays and issues can be frustrating. However, threatening, abusive, hateful, or disrespectful behavior toward Different Wardrobe Apparel or its representatives will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, designs, graphics, photos, branding, and product concepts are property of Different Wardrobe Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 9. PRIVACY
Customer information is kept secure and is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments and fulfill orders.
